The empanadillas and the seafood paella were my favourites but it was all really tasty. Tim was helpful with lots of advice, and he took all the mess away with him - brilliant. “ Hello team of Su Casa, I found your email address on your website. You may not recall, I spoke to a gent who served me. I was born in Granada (Andalucia in southern Spain) and spent all my childhood/teenage years at school mostly in Spain. Since I have been back in the UK the last 8 years, I haven't found any so called "Spanish food" that has resembled the taste of your chicken and chorizo paella. (Would have been in heaven if it was a Seafood Paella but I understand Seafood isn't always popular) Not to mention "tapas" bars which always claim to cook Spanish food as you would find in Spain. I would like to say that the Paella I tried @ Oswestry Show was amazing. It tasted like it did if I were back home. It was a wonderful memory and I really and truly am grateful! A Spaniard with a lot of thanks! Will keep you in mind if I ever host any events. Do you have a restaurant or purely catering? Me encanta la comida de Su Casa! Muchas gracias! Jessica”

“Tim came to my house in the late Summer of 2012 and prepared and cooked a fantastic Spanish Feast for me and my girlfriends from our Rounders team. Tim made for us a mouth watering paella along with other accompaniments such as Patatas Bravas. We all thoroughly enjoyed Tims food and the atmosphere that he brings with him whilst cooking and preparing right in your very own kitchen or in my case our garden.... I would have no hesitation to book Tim for your very own party or gathering and hope to have him join us in 2013 for an Italian Feast :-) Fantastic! ”
